The Ohio Journal of School Mathematics is the journal of the Ohio Council of Teachers of Mathematics. It is intended to be a medium for teachers from elementary to college level to present their ideas and beliefs about the teaching and learning of mathematics. Mathematics educators at all levels are encouraged to submit manuscripts for upcoming issues of the Journal.

We encourage readers to sign up for the publishing notification service for this journal. Use the Register link at the top of the home page for the journal. This registration will result in the reader receiving the Table of Contents by email for each new issue of the journal. Encouragement for Authors:
We strongly encourage authors to explore AI tools to enhance the quality of their submissions. AI can be used for:
- Brainstorming: Developing ideas and refining initial drafts.
- Proofreading and Editing: Improving grammar, structure, and coherence.
- Data Analysis: Interpreting, organizing, and reporting data.
- Consistency Checks: Ensuring alignment across sections of the manuscript.
Transparency:
To foster trust and accountability, authors must disclose any use of AI tools in their manuscript. Manuscripts coauthored with AI will be explicitly marked as such in publication.
